Anyone have success with miralax?

My husband uses movico daily , fresh fruit , frsh veg and fibres at least 2 litres of water daily is good too xx

If I remember to take it daily, yes. But when i forget, i can get backed up quickly. Then I take peri-colace to get me back on track. I have also found when I get very constipated, the more fiber I eat, the more uncomfortable I get. Good luck.

Yes, Miralax has worked very well for me. I do not like ingesting chemicals, but I have yet to have any real luck with anything else.

I give my husband movilax when necessary . which is getting more often but works well

Miralax is the only thing that's ever really worked for me. I tried lots of fiber, laxatives, & stool softeners before I discovered it.

I take 3 sachets of Laxido (movicol equivalent) per day and 2 Senna tablets at night and no problems

My husband takes MIralax every morning and 2 senokots at bedtime. Has worked like a charm.

hi me again
i also have ahigh ifbre diet - prunes wiht porridge for breakfast
lots of fruit
beans lentils etc
amd hte movicol i take when i need to
exercise is good for waridng off consitpaiton but is nto always possibel
oh yes and red win eand chocolate#!!!
